Relish Sonoma Excursions
Connect with the roots of Sonoma County’s world-class culinary scene and explore the rich history and cultural significance of different regions of the county’s agricultural landscape. Here “farm to table” is not just a marketing phrase—it’s just the way we eat.
Adventure to three locations, each curated from a rotating selection of local farms, producers and restaurants. Discover the hidden narratives and artistry through tours with owners and makers that showcase the processes, insights and stories behind the foods we love. Savor sips, tastes and hands-on activities that deepen your appreciation for these dedicated producers.
This immersive experience culminates in a delicious lunch, featuring vibrant flavors and dishes representative of the area’s food culture and providing more time to deepen our discussions.
Healdsburg is the epicenter of fine dining and gastronomy in Sonoma County. From Michelin stars to casual taquerias, this acclaimed food depends on the farmers and producers in the valleys nearby.
The Healdsburg Excursion introduces you to some of these sources, including a peach orchard, floral farm, olive oil producer, craft distillery, community farm and/or a herbalist garden. Activity examples include making a custom tea blend to take home, creating fruit shrub syrup, tasting multiple varieties of heirloom garlic and much more. Lunch locations vary and always feature local ingredients.
Relish Sonoma Excursion/Sebastopol
Sebastopol is the gateway to western Sonoma County, the Bohemian soul of our region. Cooling breezes in proximity to the Pacific Ocean create the perfect environment for dairy ranching and associated cheese-makers.
The Sebastopol Excursion hightlights thriving farmers and makers, including a regenerative farm, cheese maker/monger, olive oil producer and artisan bakery. Activity examples include making cheese, tasting and analyzing olive oil, etc.
